Rob is the author of “the Supernova Advisor” a critically acclaimed bible for financial advisors, “the Supernova Multiplier” which is a compendium of best acquisition practices and coauthor of “the Supernova Advisor Teams; a Pathway to Excellence” that explores how teams can work together for the greater good. The Supernova Process was studied by graduate students at MIT and Harvard as a successful model for growth.
Rob’s passion for coaching talented individuals to reach exceptional levels of performance has solidified his reputation throughout the financial services sector as a visionary and creative leader. Supernova’s mission is to improving the client experience worldwide by improving the FAs experience.
Rob graduated from Wake Forest University in 1968, served his country as a Naval Officer and aviator for 4 years before joining Merrill Lynch. In his 34-year career he was a financial advisor, branch manager, complex manager and district director over 2,000 FAs. Rob currently is working on a new program to bring diversity to the industry through a non-profit called Supernova Scholars. His other passions include golf, tennis and his grandchildren.
