Steve Long joins the Supernova team as a speaker, coach and Vice President of Business Development. Steve brings over four decades of experience in the financial services business, and has worked successfully across multiple distribution channels. He is a former senior executive and leader at Pioneer Funds, Lincoln Financial, Prudential and Touchstone Investments. Over the years he has worked with individual advisors and advisors teams to help them improve their organization and grow their practice. Steve has a degree in Education from Kutztown University, and has attended leadership workshops at Harvard, MIT, and University of Pennsylvania. Steve and his wife Dr. Pamela Wight reside in the Philadelphia area, and have five adult children. He enjoys music, reading, golf, tennis and family time.
