Scheduling your clients for monthly calls can be a daunting task. One way we have found to work is to print out this handy spreadsheet with your available times for calls and take it with you when you meet with a client to introduce them to first class service (Supernova). You can block out times as they are spoken for and then give them to your administrative staff to put them on the calendar. You can also have your CSA call them directly to set up their schedule for the year.
