Physical and digital folders can be worked into the Supernova program. However advisors who have tried it both ways report back to us the physical folders are the most useful. When you have 5 folders on your desk every morning for your 5 meetings you know you are going to make sure those meeting happen. And if the client isn’t available when you call you let them know you will talk to them the following month and refile their folder.
After the folders are created you can distribute them several different ways. You can hand the folder to the client at an in-person meeting or have your administrative assistant mail the folder to the client after setting up their regularly schedule monthly meeting. We recommend you make 20 folders a week until you have them all made and distributed to your clients. You can use the Downloadable contents we have provided or create your own. Just make sure the last page of the folder is blank lined paper for notes.
